NODAtrail keeps everything on each of your devices. They keep in step through a folder you choose, and every change is signed.
One household, several devices
The first device makes a household in a shared folder, in iCloud Drive or on a network drive. Every further device asks to join, and you compare its fingerprint before letting it in. From then on the devices keep in step every minute.

Spaces that never meet
Private, family, business, processes and Notfall are separate spaces, each with its own database, its own folder and its own members. The family sees the meals but not your finances; colleagues see the tickets but nothing private.
Encrypted and signed
Every change carries the signature of the device that wrote it. Each space can be encrypted on its own: what lies in the shared folder is then unreadable without the devices' key. A removed device gets no later key.
Backups you cannot forget
Every device keeps a copy on each day it is used: two weeks day by day, a year month by month. Putting one back can be undone, and everything can be saved as a readable JSON file.
One app, three widths
On the Mac and on Windows with a sidebar, on the iPad upright with a rail of icons, on the iPhone with tabs. Every page arranges itself for the width it has.
