Know what you are working on. And why.
Focus arranges your life the PARA way: areas you look after for good, goals within them, projects that move them on, and resources to look things up in.

The overview: from area down to task
Each area with its goals, under each goal its projects by status: running, planned, backlog, blocked, done. A tap on a project unfolds its open tasks, to tick in place. Whatever belongs to no area is listed last, where it stands out.
The project board
Every project as a card with a picture, filtered by area, goal, status and name. A project has a deadline, a priority, a summary and its open tasks. A new task typed under it lands in today's note, linked to the project.
- Done and closed dates are filled in when the status changes
- Archiving is apart from status and can always be undone

Documents where they belong
An area, goal or project takes its documents: the yearly pension statements on the pensions area, the quotes on the project. The files sit in ordinary folders, arranged by area and name, and can be found without the app too.
Rename without losing anything
A new name is carried everywhere: to goals and projects, bills and purchases, tasks, links and notes, and to its documents' folder.
Good to know
- Every note has its text in Markdown, with a preview beside it.
- Coming from Obsidian, a vault is taken over once, completely.
